BOUTIQUE SIX – General Returns Policy


1. Returns and Credit Notes

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every online purchase.
We are happy to provide a credit note (valid for 3 months) on full-priced items returned within 7 days of receiving your order, excluding shipping costs.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or wrong decision.
  • Returned merchandise must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items received with makeup marks, perfume, deodorant, or other signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, accessories and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Footwear must be returned in its original box and condition. Shoes with scuff marks, damaged soles, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • Sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit note.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges on full-priced items must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Due to frequent inventory updates, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend using your issued credit note to repurchase online once your return has been processed.

Please note that all exchange shipments incur a $10 reshipment fee.


3. How to Make a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at sales@boutiquesix.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.

    Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval or a valid RA number.

  3. Ensure the garment is in original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  4. Return your package within 7 days of receiving your order using a trackable postal service.
    • Items must be returned to:
      BOUTIQUE SIX – RA# [Your RA Number]
      [Return Address provided upon approval]
  5. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    We recommend using registered post with tracking to prevent lost parcels.

BOUTIQUE SIX is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
Once your returned item has safely arrived and been inspected, you will receive a credit note via email for the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.


4. Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure all garments meet our quality standards and are thoroughly checked before dispatch.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at sales@boutiquesix.com.au with your order number and photo(s) of the fault.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC):

  • If the item has a minor fault, we reserve the right to repair it and return it to you.
  • If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an identical or equivalent product.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued.

Please note:
Items damaged through wear and tear or improper care are not considered faulty.


5. Stock Availability

While we make every effort to ensure accurate online stock representation, on rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after purchase.

If this occurs, you will be notified via email and receive an immediate refund for the unavailable item.
