By ordering from the BOUTIQUE SIX website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
BOUTIQUE SIX reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will not affect existing orders.

Where a mandatory term or consumer guarantee applies under law, BOUTIQUE SIX’s liability is limited to, at our discretion:
a) Replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods;
b) Repair of the goods;
c) Payment of the cost of replacing the goods; or
d) Payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, BOUTIQUE SIX’s maximum liability to you is $250.

6. Orders

When you place an order, payment will be processed immediately.
If payment is successful, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt.
BOUTIQUE SIX is not responsible for any technical payment issues, including incorrect details or processing errors. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment is correctly completed.

7. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using a valid credit card or PayPal account. BOUTIQUE SIX reserves the right to refuse any order.

While we strive for accuracy, pricing or description errors may occur. If an error is found, we will notify you and provide the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs are displayed at checkout and added to the total price where applicable.

Discounts are offered at BOUTIQUE SIX’s discretion during promotional periods. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
Online store prices may differ from retail store prices, and online pricing is final.

GST Clause:
If GST is payable on a taxable supply, the amount payable will include the applicable GST. Both parties must provide documentation required to claim any Input Tax Credit, rebate, or refund, as defined under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.

 

8. Payment

Accepted payment methods: PayPal and Credit Card.
BOUTIQUE SIX conducts standard security checks on all payment details. In the event of suspicious or unusual activity, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel transactions and contact your bank or relevant authorities.

 

9. Customs and Import Taxes

We currently only process and ship orders within Australia.

 

10. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times may vary based on availability and external factors beyond BOUTIQUE SIX’s control (e.g., postal delays, strikes, supplier issues, natural disasters).

Our Australian shipping carriers are Couriers Please and Australia Post.
Please note: The shipping method refers to the method of dispatch, not the preparation time of your order.

BOUTIQUE SIX is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

11. Customer Service

We aim to respond to all customer service enquiries within 24–48 hours.

 

12. Third-Party Activities and Websites

From time to time, BOUTIQUE SIX may promote third-party events, products, or services. These may have separate terms and conditions, and participation is at your own risk.

Failure by BOUTIQUE SIX to enforce any right or term does not constitute a waiver of that right.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

BOUTIQUE SIX is not liable for pricing errors, omissions, or typographical mistakes.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale.
